Paul Fisher, Chief Executive Officer


Paul has been involved in the media industry over the past 12 years. Having held numerous sales and management positions in radio and television at Austereo, DMG Radio and WIN Television, Paul has spent the majority of this time in the online advertising industry, most recently as National Sales Director of NEWS Digital Media.

Before becoming NDM’s Sales Director, he was previously News Limited’s head of integration, and has also held sales and management roles at Ninemsn, including representing ninemsn on PBL One, PBL’s first foray into integration 10 years ago.



Caroline Laux, Marketing Manager


Caroline comes from the Q Ltd Group where she worked most recently as Business Development Manager and in Account Management with The Great Australian Survey. She has a solid working knowledge and experience of the local digital media industry from the past 2 years at 3DI, plus impressive marketing and academic credentials with masters in management and international business from her country of birth, France. Caroline supports the increased marketing activities of the IAB in distributing aggregated and IAB-commissioned tangible marketing information, services and tools to advertisers, agencies, business media and our members.



Michael Taylor, Programmes Manager



Michael brings extensive knowledge of the digital industry through involvement in online, mobile, video and social networking.  Most recently Michael was Senior Product Manager for Optus, managing its fixed and mobile product range for News, Sport, Entertainment and Finance.  He has previously held senior management roles with Optus, Foxtel, Austar, News Limited, Fairfax and a number of digital agencies. Michael works closely with IAB Councils and Working Groups to deliver core programs to support the continued growth of the online industry.
