The Marketing Academy has opened nominations for the 3rd year of its esteemed programme which gives aspiring marketing leaders the skills and knowledge to get to the top of their industries.

Each year 30 of the Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communications industries brightest talent are selected to undertake this 9 month, part time and completely free leadership development programme. To take part in the renamed Scholarship Programme potential Scholars first need to be nominated via by midnight on 16th December 2016. Following nomination, individuals are invited to apply for the Scholarship and take part in an intense three stage selection process in order to be offered a place which begins in March 2017.

The Marketing Academy has redefined the 4Ps of marketing creating 4 core learning modules. The new 4Ps are: Personal development – be an extraordinary human being; Professional development – be an exceptional marketer; People development – be an inspirational leader; and Purpose – be a change maker.

The 2017 Scholarship Programme includes;

  • One to one mentoring sessions with Australia’s most experienced leaders from the world of marketing and advertising. The line-up of 50 Mentors includes; Mark Reinke, Group Executive Marketing Suncorp; Andy Lark, CMO Xero; Professor Mark Ritson; Mark Lollback, CEO GroupM; Marty O’Halloran, Chairman DDB; Phillip Lynch, MD Johnson & Johnson; Robbert Rietbroeke, CEO PepsiCo and Terry Savage Chairman Cannes Lions.
  • Three immersive residential Boot Camp’s packed with inspirational speaker and masterclasses
  • 9 months of one to one coaching with an Executive Coach
  • Attendance at 4 Scholarship Lectures, each hosted by recognised subject matter experts.
