Alice Manners, Chief Executive Officer
Alice is a senior digital and media specialist with more than 20 years experience working across the Asia Pacific region. She has held a number of roles with WPP Asia Pacific including most recently, GroupM Asia Pacific COO of Interaction since 2005. Appointed CEO of IAB Australia in August 2013, Alice is responsible for the overall management of the IAB and achievement of the organisation's objectives, to represent and promote the interests of members, and to grow the interactive advertising industry. With the online industry undergoing a huge transformation and with more change ahead, Alice's key focus will be to steer IAB Australia's transition through this growth as an agent of change for both the IAB and the industry as a whole.

Samantha Yorke, Director of Regulatory Affairs
Samantha is a senior digital media lawyer and policy advisor with over twelve years' experience working in Europe and Australia. As Director of Regulatory Affairs for the IAB, Sam has worked closely with the board and CEO in defining a regulatory strategy. She speaks regularly on trends and challenges affecting the online advertising industry. In her former role as Legal Director for Yahoo!, Sam represented Yahoo! with Government, participated in consultations relating to the reform of the Privacy Act and was instrumental in the drafting of the Best Practice Guideline for Online Behavioural Advertising. Samantha is a Deputy Member of the NSW Information and Privacy Commissioners Office Advisory Committee and sits on the management committee of All Together Now.

Gai Le Roy, Director of Research
With over 10 years' experience in online media, Gai brings extensive industry knowledge, project management and research expertise. She drives IAB's programs to stimulate online and mobile display as well as search investment by standardising and simplifying online audience and media measurement. She also chairs the IAB Australia Measurement Council, the Research Council and leads the Mobile Advertising Council in their measurement and research projects. Among others, her previous roles include General Manager of Audience Insights and Research at Fairfax Media, Insights Manager at ninemsn, Programmes Manager at IAB Australia and VP - Research and Audience Measurement at Nielsen Online.

Nina Nyman, Events, Education & Training Manager
Nina brings ten years' experience in international event management in the media and marketing industry, working with a number of international high profile companies. Most recently she was Head of Events at the Australian Institute of Management and she has also spent two years as Senior Events Manager at IAB UK. Nina brings her passion for digital marketing and events to the team, as well as impressive qualifications, with a first class Honours degree in International Marketing Management. Nina will be focused on developing the IAB Events programme to support the Bureau's objectives.

Ann Saleh, Senior Marketing Coordinator
Ann joined the IAB as Marketing Coordinator in July 2011 to support IAB's Marketing Manager to help drive the association's ambitious growth program. Although her role with the IAB is her first foray into the corporate world after completing her Bachelor of Business in 2010, Ann has grown and developed during her time at IAB and become a highly regarded and important support to the Marketing team. As a result, her role has since grown to Senior Marketing Coordinator, where her role entails writing and designing copies for IAB's marketing and promotional communications in conjunction with supporting the IAB team.

Lucy Halliday, Website Project Manager
With a major in Social Anthropology and over fifteen years experience in digital, Lucy brings a range of expertise to IAB, including product development, content creation, information management, user experience, change communications, community management and strategic development. Prior to IAB, Lucy spent three years at Yahoo!7, managing the Flickr, Mail and Answers products and working with global and local teams to enhance the products for users and advertisers alike. Prior to this, Lucy spent seven years at PwC representing a large internal team in marketing and communications. There she developed intranet sites and content for a large PwC national audience and produced weekly online updates around technology development, tools and processes. Lucy's current focus is the IAB website - developing its value to members whilst better surfacing IAB's extensive knowledge.

Marko Siltala, Blog Coordinator
Marko has seven years' experience in online media. He comes from IAB Finland where he has worked as a Blog Coordinator. Marko is continuing with the same position in Australia by blogging and managing IAB Australia's blog content and bloggers as well as coordinating IAB Finland's blog remotely. Before IAB, Marko has had extensive online experience by working five years' in a Finnish media company Alma Media with online sales, research and development and sales team coaching.
