At the AGM we plan to update the Constitution so that the IAB can better serve its members. You can have a look at the proposed changes here.
Whilst the changes will be voted on by the subsisting Founding Members only, it is important that we have a quorum of all members. For that purpose, we would ask that you appoint Vijay Solanki, CEO as your proxy by accepting through email below if you will not be attending the AGM (alternatively please appoint another proxy by completing the form here and returning it by email reply to iabaustralia@iabaustralia.com.au).
