With omni-channel shopping becoming the new retail norm, it's no surprise that 65% of Australians are using mobile devices to help them shop. Fairfax Media recently undertook a study with the aim to explore the stages consumers go through within the retail purchase journey, with a particular focus on how they're using their mobile devices within this purchase cycle.
