Posted by IAB Australia On March 23, 2009 Media Releases

23 March, 2009: IAB Australia today announced the long awaited launch of its new look website which features an unparalleled depth of digital and online Australian resources for marketers and agencies alike. The site, www.iabaustralia.com.au, features a members only section which allows access to research and case studies, while the general site includes research summaries, news, events and training information.

According to Paul Fisher, CEO of IAB Australia, membership of IAB Australia has grown strongly in recent months and the members’ only section has been developed to reward those members with considerable additional value.

“The new IAB Australia website provides an exceptional repository of information and we’ll be working hard to ensure it is regularly updated and meeting the needs of our members and the marketing community in general. The shift towards offering a members only section is in line with international IAB experience and we would encourage any company that has previously been considering membership to take advantage of the combined IAB/AIMIA membership offering.“

Membership of IAB Australia is available to companies that sell any form of interactive advertising, or to companies whose business supports the sale of interactive advertising and marketing, such as agencies, research, rich media, facilitation and technology companies. Combined IAB/AIMIA membership which now includes access to the members only section of the IAB Australia website is $2,160 (+ GST) per annum.

Effective immediately, research such as the quarterly PWC Online Advertising Expenditure Report will now be provided in full to members only, with an executive summary provided for others.
