Weekly & Monthly DCR | Ad Ops Content | Mumbrella360


Dear IAB Community,
 
In the past week the IAB Australia in conjunction with Nielsen rolled out Weekly and Monthly Digital Content Ratings (DCR), delivering data on total digital audiences (both on-and-off-platform) de-duplicated across all devices. IAB Australia invests significant time resources to manage the industry deed for digital audience measurement, ensuring that Australia has a world-leading, independent, audited, inclusive and transparent digital audience measurement system. On June 20 we held our annual Ad Ops Conference in Melbourne. Always great and informative days, our Ad Ops Conferences bring together the digital advertising technology and operations community to discuss the latest issues and opportunities. This year also featured IAB Tech Lab SVP and GM Dennis Buchheim discussing the latest wide range of global technical initiatives being undertaken to enhance the supply chain and provide higher quality consumer ad experiences. We also held a fabulous session at Mumbrella360, establishing the key areas the industry needs to address moving toward 2021. Over 120 digital media experts crammed onto eight tables to discuss: What will be the skills/capability required?; What will we need to deliver with measurement and attribution?; How will data privacy awareness and regulation impact the industry?; and How will technology improve digital transparency? As we enter FY19 we are looking forward to supporting all our members with resources, research, council activity and events, as we all work on continuing to build a healthy, diverse and sustainable digital advertising industry.

MeasureUp 2018
As the body at the head of independent digital measurement, the IAB is again bringing together the smartest local and overseas brains on the measurement to shed light and provide perspective. The MeasureUp conference will be held on Thursday, 1 November 2018 and will put the focus on measurement science and marketing outcomes, with meaningful keynotes and panels to help shape measurement application in Australia for the next twelve months and beyond.
