Online Advertising Expenditure Report
The latest IAB/PwC Online Advertising Expenditure Report reveals that total online advertising is up 4.9% year-on-year in Q3 2017, reaching a total of $1,975m. All categories experienced growth compared to the same quarter in the prior year, with Classifieds achieving the strongest growth at 13% year-on-year. Want to know more? Viewability Update
Viewability Update
IAB Australia continues to push for clear market guidance on viewability standards, with the latest round of IAB/PwC viewability benchmarks being published in December 2017. The latest update aggregates census data from comScore, Integral Ad Science (IAS) and Moat on all AU inventory tracked through their services, monitoring over 600% more inventory than the same time last year.

IAB's State of the Nation Event takes place on 22 February in Sydney and 27 February in Melbourne, marking the launch of the 2nd wave of the State of the Nation report. The report provides a snapshot of Australia's audio landscape across broadcast radio, podcasting and digital streaming.
